Both expressions were tested for attention-grabbing and retention. We then analyzed how attention is directed to:

In eyetracking research, knowledge means that the eye has at least stopped there for a short time (fixation) and the respondent has had the opportunity to perceive this. It is therefore a minimum first condition (no further analysis was made on fixation time per element and recall/assessment). However, the fixation time is calculated over the entire utterance.
Which expression wins: A or B?
So what do you think? Which statement is better able to capture and hold the most attention as a whole? The statement with the White Walker or the statement with Jon Snow and Daenerys?
Expression A: White Walker
Expression B: Jon Snow & Deanerys
And the winner is…
You responded en masse to the question which expression is more effective, with 525 responses in the poll and 63 responses under the article. In the poll, 56% chose A (294 people) and 44% chose B (232 people). Opinions are also divided in the responses: would the White Walker defeat Jon Snow and Daenerys?
The results are in and it may come as a surprise: the Facebook ad phone number library first battle. The ad gets an average of 20% more attention!

Average time to 1st fixation 0.66 sec. 0.58 sec.

The visual in a Facebook ad is the most determining factor in how the ads are viewed. Further analysis shows that the visual of Jon Snow and Daenerys is looked at longer. This image attracts more attention compared to the one with the White Walker. Although the pay-off and heading/title also differ, the visual is first reading and ensures that it invites to take note of other elements.
In further viewing behavior, the biggest differences occur in awareness of the sender, at the top of the advertisement "Game of Throne: Conquest". In the expression with Jon Snow and Daenerys, more people take notice of this. This advertisement also invites more to take notice of the underlying elements, although these differences are not significant.
1-0 for Jon Snow and Daenerys in the first phase of attention. We do not know how the conquest continues or has gone in terms of conversion. Jon Snow and Daenerys will not easily give up this first lead, right? Or will the White Walker make a comeback?
