How to Add and Manage 410 Response Codes in WordPress

We’ve written about how great the Rank Math plugin is for WordPress SEO in the past. And of course, it’s no surprise that Rank Math can handle 410 responses as well. It provides a robust solution where you can even schedule when the 410 code should be activated and deactivated.

You will want to enable redirects in the Rank business owner data Math plugin so that you can manage redirects in your menu. If you are using it for the first time, you can also import redirects from a CSV file or from other popular redirect plugins.

1. In the Maintenance Code section , select the 410 Content Deleted button .

2. Enter the source URL of your expired content.

3. Optionally, add a category to organize the records, a planned activation date, and a planned deactivation date.

There is no need to add the ^/ character to the Rank Math Source URL field.
